会社は学習状況を確認できますか？
対象の管理画面で、学習回数、平均正答率、最終学習日などを確認できます。
退会・返金について教えてください。
自動更新はありません。決済完了後の返金は原則行いませんが、二重課金や重大なシステム不具合等は個別に確認します。

Who can use the app?
It is for international construction workers, construction learners, and companies training international employees.
Can I use it if my Japanese is limited?
You can repeat workplace Japanese, terms, and listening content at your own pace.
Can I use a smartphone?
Yes. It works in modern browsers on smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
Is there a free trial?
Individual users receive a 1-day trial after registration. Check the app for the functions available during the trial.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. There is no automatic charge or renewal.
How much does it cost?
Standard costs ¥500 for 30 days, ¥1,500 for 90 days, ¥3,000 for 180 days, or ¥6,000 for 365 days. With AI, totals are ¥1,000, ¥3,000, ¥6,000, or ¥12,000 respectively. Tax is included, payment is one-time, and there is no automatic renewal.
What is the AI plan?
It adds AI conversation and speaking practice during the purchased access period.
Can companies use it?
Yes. We confirm the number of learners, goals, and learning content before providing details.
What is a company code?
It connects a learner to a company contract. Learners enter the code provided by their company when registering.
Do company learners pay individually?
No individual payment is required within the applicable company contract.
Can companies check learning activity?
Applicable administrators can check study sessions, average accuracy, last study date, and other learning information.
What is the refund policy?
Payments are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges or serious service-side failures are reviewed individually.
