Can I use it on a smartphone?
Yes. It works in web browsers on smartphones, tablets and PCs.
Can individuals use it?
Yes. After creating an account, individual users can start with a one-day free trial.
Can businesses use it?
Yes. Company codes and a business dashboard are available. The features available depend on the contract.
What can I learn?
You can study JLPT N4, N3 and N2, care terminology, workplace conversations, listening, and preparation for the Certified Care Worker examination.
Are AI features available with every plan?
AI conversation and AI speaking practice are available with plans that include AI features.
Is there a free trial?
New individual users can try the service free for one day after registration.
Do the plans renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed access period. To continue, you need to purchase another access period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Individual plans can be paid for by credit card or convenience-store payment.
Can I receive a refund after purchase?
Because this is a digital service, refunds are generally not provided after purchase and payment are completed. Please see the Refund Policy for details.
What can company administrators review?
For eligible contracts, administrators can review learner lists, learning sessions, accuracy, the latest learning date and learning status by material.
What is a company code?
It is a code used to register users under a business contract. Enter the code provided by your company when registering.
Do company-code users need to purchase an individual plan?
No. If you use a company code provided by your organization, you do not need to purchase an individual plan.
